To ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely, we select and employ the services of trusted international couriers. To use Expedited/ Express Shipping please contact Customer Support with the item code, destination country and desired courier to get a quote.

From the time your order is placed and the date when you or your customer receives it, there are two processes to consider.

Fulfillment: Standard processing time is 5-10 business days. Depending on the circumstances (high volume of orders) and inventory levels, it can take a little longer than usual for orders to be shipped out.

Shipping: When your order ships, we will send you an email with tracking information. If you do not receive this email, you can go to your Account to check your order status and view tracking information. If the provided tracking number is invalid please contact Customer Support, if the tracking number is valid but lacks tracking information, please wait 5-10 days for the courier service provider to update tracking information then check again. Deliveries can take up to 15 to 60 business days.

Beautyboxgiveaway.com will not be responsible for shipping costs when you’re returning a product. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary from country to country. Delivery of all products is within 15-60 working days. A full refund will be issued if you do not receive your product within 60 days.
