The web site identified by the uniform resource locator beautyboxgiveaway.com (the “Site”) is provided by beautyboxgiveaway.com as a service to our customers. This Returns and Refund (the “Agreement” or “Policy”) is entered into between you as a registered user of the site (“Registered User”) and beautyboxgiveaway.com.
We strongly advise that you, as a customer, control that the item is correct and flawless when you receive your delivery. If you have received the wrong item, or if it is damaged, please contact customer service within 7 days. If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery contact Customer Support. You’re required to provide clear quality close-up picture(s) or video(s) showing the fault/ damage, product/ item code, as well as the delivery information on the front of the package. It is then when we can investigate and agree with the customer to either send a replacement or the customer returns the damaged product paying the return shipping so that we issue a full refund.
You can however, cancel your order within 24 hours and your money will be refunded. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
Our policy lasts 65 days. If 65 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which you receive from us by email.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Free + Shipping items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately “Free + Shipping items” cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send clear pictures showing the damage on your item. Once we inspect the pictures you are required to send the damaged item to the warehouse/ return address on the shipping slip.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the respective warehouse address on the shipping slip. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
